Earlier in May, Vedanta Ltd. confirmed the acquisition of an additional 46.57 percent stake in AvanStrate Inc., bringing its total ownership to approximately 98 percent.
According to the official release, AvanStrate Inc. is now fully managed and controlled by Vedanta Limited and operates without any external debt.
