Telecom major Airtel has announced the extension of its Wi-Fi service to an additional 2.9 million households in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, as per an exchange filing made on Thursday. Additionally, the company has also extended its services to 1 million new households in Bihar and Jharkhand.

Airtel is actively working towards expanding its services to telecom users across the country. The company recently reallocated its mid-band spectrum to enhance its 5G network to cater to the growing traffic demand.

Sujay Chakrabarti, CEO of Bihar and Jharkhand, also expressed delight in bringing Airtel Wi-Fi to every corner of the region.
